This series weaves together film clips, photographs, and oral history narratives to reveal how memories and stories of the Shoah affect multiple generations of one family.
Structured as a visual travelogue, this series of “photo-narratives” layers my relatives' memories of the past onto visual depictions of the present. By continuously shifting between memory and place, between past and present, between word and image, viewers encounter these topographies of trauma across time and space.
